From slip and fall to medical evacuation to hospitalization and road accidents & death while on a trek are covered in the schemes that we provide.

• The Plan is valid for Indian Nationals travelling from India. Please note that the Policy start date is defined as
  the date when you are starting your journey from India. It is not the date when your trekking starts at the destination

Special Policy Features:

• This plan is valid for Nepal only
• Policy will cover losses occur during trekking upto 6000mts
• Cashless Air Evacuations and Cashless Hospitalisation
• Free Consultation at Mountain Clinics in Gorakshep, Gokyo, Dingbuche and Lukla
• Cashless Oxygen therapy and treatment in Gorakshep, Gokyo, Dingbuche and Lukla
• Local Ground Rescue teams in Nepal
• Any claim due to or arising out of pre-existing medical condition/ailment whether declared or undeclared is not covered under the policy
• 24hr medical advisory services from critical care paramedics and in-house paramedics

Premium (per person) including GST@ 18%: (Applicable for Spring Season for Foreign Nationals Only)                       

Terms and Conditions:

• Proposed rates are for a single trip policy with a maximum trip duration of 15 days/ 21 days/ 30 days/ 60 days for an Indian National or 7 days/ 14 days/ 21 days/ 30 days for Foreign National
• The policy is valid only for 'TrekNomads' and our partners who travel from India to Mt. Everest Base Camp trek and trekking of similar nature in Nepal and China 
• The policy will cover losses occurred during trekking up to 6000 meters however losses due to mountaineering is not covered
• Individuals must be aged between 1 to 70 years and should hold a valid bank account in India 
• Covid 19 positive related claims are covered under this policy, **Covid Negative Report is required, 96 hours before the commencement of the plan
• Any claim due to or arising out of pre-existing medical condition/ailment whether declared or undeclared is not covered under the policy 
• Any claim due to or arising out of pre-existing medical condition/ailment whether declared or undeclared is not covered under the policy
• Any claim due to or arising out of Covid Testing or quarantining in the Home or Destination Country is not covered under the policy. RTPCR or any other Covid tests charges are not included under this policy
• Delay/ Loss of checked-in baggage would be only covered for airlines
• Please note that this plan should not be sourced for treks that involved a vertical climb of more than 6000 meters

Documents required for policy issuance:

• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Copy of passport
• Copy of ticket
• Covid-19 negative report (96 hours before commencement if you want the benefit of covid-19 related claims)- can be sent later before the start of the expedition
