Tadiandamol (Kannada: ತಡಿಯಂಡಮೋಳು, Tadiyandamolu, Kodava : ತಡಿಯಂಡಮೋಳ, Tadiyandamol) is the highest mountain of Kodagu district, Karnataka, India. It is the third highest peak in Karnataka. The Nalaknad (also known as Nalnad - meaning 4 villages) palace at the foothills is an important historical landmark. This was one of the landmarks mapped during the Great Trigonometric Survey. Choma Kund is a valley in North Kodagu near the famous Chelavara Falls. It is about 22Kms from Virajpet town. It is also called as Somana Kadu. This hill range is only two Km away from the Chelavara falls. From Chelvara Falls, on your right is Kabbe Hill and to the left would be Chomakund Hill. Kurinjal peak is one of the popular hiking trails located in the Kudremukha National Park in Chikmagalur district, Karnataka. Bavikonda peak is one of the non-commercial destinations in Kudremukha National Park range, this trek starts over the foothills of the Mullodi village. Brahmagiri is a mountain range in the Western Ghats of south Karnataka. It is situated on the border between Kodagu district in Karnataka state in the north and Wayanad district of Kerala state on the south. Brahmagiri Hill is a scenic tourist attraction. The top of Brahmagiri Hill is well forested and has a lot of wildlife. Kodachadri (Kudajadri) is a mountain peak with dense forests (elevation - 1,343 meters above sea level) in the Western Ghats in South India (Shivamogga Dist., Karnataka State). It is declared as a natural heritage site by Government Karnataka and it is 10th highest peak of Karnataka. Around 5 km from Kodachadri is Hidlumane Waterfalls and it can be reached by trekking on a bridle path, which involves a little adventurous trekking. Nagara Fort is around 25 km from Kodachadri where an old fort built during the 18th Century is located and the landscape created out of backwaters of Linganamakki Dam on Sharavathi River surrounds Nagara town.   read more read less

Trek to Kote Betta​ Kote Betta is the third highest peak in Coorg after Tadiyandamol and Brahmagiri. The peak is at a height of around 1500 meters. The trek is about 7-8 km one way goes through vivid coffee estate for about 2 km. Here's a glimpse of our previous trek to Kote Betta. Covid Pandemic Preparedness and Protocols: Nomads with no travel history 14 days before the departure will be allowed.  Screening of all nomads at the entry point for symptoms of COVID-19 such as temperature (using no-contact type thermometer/ thermal guns), cough, cold, etc.  Only asymptomatic tourists shall be allowed.  Those with temperature more than 37.5 °C (99 °F) and/or flu-like symptoms shall not be permitted to travel.  Nomads in the age below 10 and above 60 will not be permitted.  Before the commencement of Travel, all nomads to mandatory submit a self-declaration form. Nomads to provide basic personal information when traveling, including name, phone number, Govt. ID type and ID number. Consent for sharing of their details with the administrative / health authorities will be taken from visitors, as and where required for contact tracing related activity. All nomads shall be briefed on the safety measures taken before onboarding. All the nomads shall be briefed on the Dos and Don’ts to be mandatorily followed while traveling and during the trip. Nomads are recommended to carry their own sanitizer and wet wipes for personal use.  We highly recommend using your own transport for travel. Pushpagiri (Kumara Parvatha), at 1,712 meters (5,617 ft), is the highest peak in Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. It is located in the Somwarpet Taluk, 20 kilometers from Somwarpet in the northern part of Kodagu district on the border between Dakshina Kannada and Kodagu district and Hassan districts. The relatively lesser known peak Nishani Motte is located in the Tala Cauvery/ Branhmagiri range part of Coorg. The peak is also known by the name of Nishani Betta which literally translates to the marked hill in the local language. The name is derived from the fact that during the British era, the peak was used as a mark to find the directions to different places on the hill path.
